Delegate information

The conference will be live-streamed and recorded. Photography will take place throughout.
The programme and abstract booklet will be available online only.
To reduce waste, delegates are asked to print the programme and abstract booklet should they wish to have a printed copy. No printed copies will be available.
Each delegate will receive:
- their badge and lanyard and
- their delegate tote bag
No printed copies of the programme, abstract booklet or delegate list will be included. Please print your own copies in advance to reduce waste.
Please note that each registration is individual and non-transferable, unless pre-approved by Science for Animal Welfare.
Delegates can connect to the Wi-Fi using the details shared in their joining instructions.
We encourage delegates, both online and in person, to ask questions when invited. We will ask as many questions as time allows.
- Microphones will be available for audience questions.
- Online delegates can type their question into the online platform and it will be read out by a monitor in the room.
- The session chair will invite questions. Please raise your hand.
- Please state your name and affiliation before asking your question.
- Please keep your question short and to the point to enable as many delegates to ask questions as possible.
- Time is limited, therefore, it may not be possible for all questions to be asked.
Poster sessions, with the authors, will take place during lunch on 23 and 24 June. Posters will be available to view throughout the conference.
We encourage delegates to capture memories through photographs and to share their experience at the conference on social media.
